Dominus Posted May 3, 2006 Report Share Posted May 3, 2006 Io bevo entrambi solo che col bianco mi fermo al primo bicchiere, se non è qualcosa di davvero particolare (come quando vado dalle parti di Argonauta), mentre col rosso vado avanti, và giù liscio come l'olio. Poi bisogna vedere sempre la qualità del vino. Recentemente sto rivalutando il vino del sud, Cirò e Nero D'Avola sono davvero buoni anche se, se non ci stai attento, fanno brutti scherzi. Dominus Posted May 4, 2006 Report Share Posted May 4, 2006 Il bianco da aperitivo è fenomenale, specialmente i prosecchi della zona nord est sono davvero fantastici, per il pesce invece è meglio un bianco non frizzante, personalmente amo molto i Pinot o un Vermentino. Comunque Barolo, Nebbiolo, Barbaresco, Barbera e Roero non li batte nessuno, nelle langhe ogni volta che passo è una festa Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I vari krug, gosset, duval leroy ecc non reggono il confronto con i migliori prosecchi italiani. Poco, ma sicuro.
