Had this aircraft been built it is unlikely that it would have flown before the end of the war, but it would have been a spectacular aircraft. It is depicted here in Avro lincoln style colours and the markings of No 617 Squadron, complete with red spinners. Quella illustrata nel post precedente era una successiva versione risalente al 1943 e dotata di singola deriva e dodici armi da 20 mm. Caro amico .... .... saranno anche, come tu dici, "orridi" .... ma sono il frutto di studi effettivamente compiuti da un'importante industria aeronautica britannica nel corso della Seconda Guerra Mondiale e, anche se non si sono concretizzati in un prodotto finito, sono senz'altro più reali di quello strano "pipistrello" di cui hai postato l'immagine ....
