Di fronte alle due file di pallet, su ciascun lato del portellone posteriore, c’era un pulsante rosso di blocco d’emergenza. Se li avesse premuti entrambi, avrebbe interrotto l’afflusso di energia ai carrelli idraulici (?) responsabili dell’espulsione del carico in volo.

Non aveva modo di arrivare all’interruttore sul lato destro della stiva, e così il carrello (?) raggiunse il primo pallet e lo spinse contro quello davanti, dando inizio a un effetto domino.
In realtà, nel secondo caso l'autore utilizza "sledge", slitta (?).
